Happy Earth Day!

PL&P Kids1      On April 22, 1970, millions of Americans gathered across the country for teach-ins and protests to demand a clean environment at the first Earth Day. That amazing effort kicked off 45 years of environmental protections. Today we still face serious issues. There is no better time than the present to take your passion for the environment and turn it into action!

Come celebrate with Peace, Love & Planet this week:

Monday April 20th, FPS Green Night, 7:00-8:30 at Hillside Elementary. An entertaining evening honoring student efforts throughout the district and live musical performance by Lucas Digia of Rap for Food.

Wednesday, April 22nd, Earth Day, 5:00-7:30 Earth Day at Farmington Hills Heritage Park. Enjoy dinner by local food trucks, numerous activities for the entire family and featured guest musician by Joe Reilly and the Community Gardeners.
